What you bring

• Post Secondary – preferably in Engineering or Project Management
• 3-5 years in the elevator industry or related experience, or a similar industry which includes the supervision of capital equipment installation
• Excellent leadership skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems
• Ability to coach, mentor and guide team members
• Strong communication skills, organization skills and ability to work without supervision
• Self-motivated team player with a record of achieving results
• Work flexible hours as business demands
