Joelle's Technical Resources and Custom Works Inc. in Timmins, Ontario is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead field crews at industrial and mining sites. The role combines hands-on leadership with safe operations, planning, and effective communication in the field.

The ideal candidate will oversee supervision, scheduling, and documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and client requirements. Travel to various sites and different shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in industrial/mining, construction, or milling environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial/mining-site operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate field crews.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to read work instructions, drawings, procedures and job scopes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and document field activities accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate employees assigned to field projects.
• Provide clear daily work assignments and confirm understanding of the scope of work.
• Plan and organize manpower, tools, equipment and materials for each job.
• Participate in pre-job meetings and safety documentation.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor quality and progress of work across shifts.
• Maintain professional communication with management, employees and client representatives.
• Identify hazards and issues and communicate them to management.
