Job summary

Prairie AG - Kubota, part of the Reesink Canada group, seeks a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and heavy equipment in shop and field environments. You will follow safety standards, complete accurate work orders, and support customers with high-quality service.

The role blends shop and field work with peak-season demands; an apprentice in Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate is an Apprentice in Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician (1st or 2nd year preferred).
• Experience servicing agricultural or heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Experience completing equipment inspections, work orders, and service documentation accurately.
• Valid driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical issues per manufacturer standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements.
• Test and verify equipment performance after service for quality and safety.
