Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality face-to-face customer service for installation, maintenance and repair of customer premise equipment and outside plant facilities.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Install, test, and maintain voice, broadband, data and fibre facilities as required.
• Operate and coordinate with heavy equipment when needed and ensure safety practices.
• Prepare and document work orders, materials, and billing information.
