Job summary

Umano Medical is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain medical devices at customer sites across Canada. You will perform preventive maintenance, upgrades and document service reports accurately, while ensuring compliance with manufacturer specs and hospital safety rules.

The profile we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of field service experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare equipment.


• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.


• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office.


• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Willingness and ability to travel within Canada as required
