Job summary

Qualifications

• DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering, industrial mechanics, automation or other relevant training.
• Two (2) plus years experience in a field service role for automation/technical service.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to provide technical support, including repairs and maintenance of robotic systems.
• Update equipment and software; write service reports following SOPs; participate in process improvements.
