Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Service Technician located in the KW and surrounding areas. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician will also provide customer support, document service activities, and ensure timely completion of service tasks.

• Technical skills: Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose issues and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Customer support: Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide clear communication.
• Documentation: Strong skills in documenting service activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Safety compliance: Knowledge and adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma from a recognized institution.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
