Responsibilities

• Provide service and repairs to customers on-site and in-house.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and start-ups of VFDs.
• Generate detailed reports post service visits.

Job description

- Travel within Ontario to provide service to our customers.

- Troubleshoot electrical controls, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.

- Perform preventative maintenance on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).

- Conduct VFD startups.

- Repair VFDs both in-house and in the field.

- Install electrical equipment.

- Troubleshoot PLC programs and implement programming modifications.

- Complete detailed reports after site services.

- Promote and sell AVcontrols service products.

- Primarily on the road, with approximately 70% onsite and 30% in the office.

- During the first year, spend more time in the office for training.

- Willingness to work overtime, on-call, and weekends as needed.
