Job summary

KAESER Compressors Canada Inc. in Ontario is seeking a Service Technician for the London branch. You will install, maintain and repair compressed air equipment at customers' premises, and respond to service emergencies in the field.

The ideal candidate has an Electromechanics diploma and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong electrical knowledge and the ability to read plans. Travel across Canada and a valid Class 5 license are required.

Qualifications

• Electromechanics diploma.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good electrical knowledge and ability to read plans.
• Comfortable with IT tools.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems (a big plus!).
• Notions of piping (an asset).
• Valid driver's license (Class 5) and tool box in hand.
• Available to travel occasionally across Canada.
• Ready to respond to service emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair various compressed air equipment (compressors, dryers, etc.) at our customers' premises
• Respond quickly to service emergencies in the field
• Perform in-workshop assemblies for various systems
• Advise our customers and offer them adapted solutions in products and services
• Participate in the promotion of our services to new customers
