We are searching for an outstanding leader to join our Field Services team as our next Field Service Supervisor in Calgary. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve clean indoor air. The Service Supervisor oversees our Service Technicians perform HVAC unit air filter changes as part of our Preventative Maintenance Program. This role includes responsibilities both in the field and in the office.

The day-to-day activities of our Field Service Supervisor will include:

• Team Leadership – Oversee, support, and mentor the service team, ensuring their development and growth while coordinating and ensuring safe execution of service work in the field.
• Commitment to Safety - Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a safe work environment for all team members, conducting hazard assessments, and documenting any incidents or near misses.
• Teamwork and Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the Field Services team, coordinators and other departments to continually build knowledge about air quality performance. Evaluate existing processes, implement improvements to maximize efficiency, and ensure all technicians receive proper training.

The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:

• 4+ years experience in a leadership role
• Experience in the HVAC industry
• Filtration experience is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, and Word
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or a similar ERP system is a plus

A successful candidate must be able to pass pre-employment drug, cannabis and alcohol test and maintains a non-GDL Class 5 driver’s license with a clean 3-year Driver’s Abstract and three years of insured driving history.
