Job Summary

The Field Service Representative provides hands-on service to Big Box Retail stores, setting up H. Paulin brand displays, maintaining stock levels, and resolving daily customer and store issues.

Essential Job Functions

1. Visit designated stores weekly to merchandise inventory, organize bins, and perform general housekeeping duties.
2. Prepare and process new orders using company-issued equipment.
3. Report issues and discrepancies to the designated store representative.
4. Act as a liaison between stores and Hillman Canada head office.
5. Travel between stores within the assigned region.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
7. Follow store safety rules and work in a safe manner.

Education & Experience
