Who You Are…

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, or equivalent related work experience
2-4 years of experience in a project management role required
4-6 years of work experience in a related field

Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and execute project including the equipment necessary to achieve this plan
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Develop and maintain close working relationships with associated departments (i.e., Engineering, Sales, Finance and Production)
Responsible for project(s) up to $15 million revenue annually
Responsible for training new Project Managers on process, including Visual.
Other duties as assigned.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Must possess the ability to work flexible hours, based upon the needs of the department, including evening and/or weekend hours on a limited basis
Some travel required (10%-40%)
