Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position required.
• Expert-level knowledge of IP, TCP, UDP, and VPN protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for Hub Customers.
• Lead field integration and checkout testing at customer sites.
• Maintain a database of service calls and provide written reports.
