Job summary

PHS Canada is seeking a Sales Representative for Building Automation Systems in Kirkland, QC. You will develop new accounts, identify opportunities, and drive growth in the building automation market while engaging contractors, consulting engineers and building owners in person and remotely.

You will spend significant time in the market, traveling to customer locations, and collaborating with estimating, engineering and project teams to position Laurentide as a trusted partner from early project

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in outside sales, business development or account management within a technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of building automation, building controls, HVAC or building electromechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and availability to travel regularly to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and opportunities in the building automation market.
• Meet with general and mechanical contractors, engineering firms, property managers and building owners.
• Identify upcoming construction, renovation and modernization projects.
• Maintain a strong network of industry decision-makers and partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow opportunities through to project award.
