Labatt Breweries of Canada is seeking candidates for a pipeline role that grows into a Sales Representative position. You will support customer promotions, build displays, assist at events, and help improve merchandising tools across channels.

You’ll develop industry knowledge and client networks while working in a fast-paced team environment. The role offers day shifts, a company vehicle, branded clothing, and opportunities for advancement within an international beer company.

Qualifications

• Must have full, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Available to work full-time on a flexible schedule.
• Post-secondary education is required.
• Demonstrates passion for building relationships and learning sales from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Support customer promotions, including building product and marketing displays.
• Assist at events such as concerts, festivals, and trade shows.
• Ensure merchandising tools and materials are maintained and improved across sales channels.
• Support regional sales and marketing activations.
• Attend, run, and participate in brand experience promotions.
• Create route-to-market plans for clients (restaurants, bars, large retailers).
• Build and maintain relationships with Labatt’s customer network.
• Conduct in-person sales calls and manage a customer portfolio.
