ASSA ABLOY Residential Canada is seeking a Sales Representative to service, merchandise, and promote our consumer products within national retail accounts in an assigned territory. You will host product knowledge sessions to raise awareness and help customers select the right solutions.

You will build strong relationships with store managers and Merchandising teams, achieve sales targets, support planograms, and participate in regional trade shows.

Qualifications

• Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to drive sales through merchandising and visits.

Responsabilités

• Execute monthly work plan at store level, maintain displays and inventory.
• Build relationships with store managers and Merchandising teams.
• Achieve sales targets through merchandising, planograms, and in-store promotions.
• Provide product training to store personnel to drive end-user sales.
• Attend regional trade shows and support events as needed.
• Handle reporting and communication across departments.
