Job summary

VIBRANT Marketing Inc is seeking a field merchandiser for a 6-week contract. You will visit multiple locations daily to stock products, set up planograms, and improve visibility while building relationships with store contacts.

Must have a year of customer service or merchandising experience, a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb. Smart Serve or willingness to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service, retail or merchandising experience.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Smart Serve certification or willingness to obtain it before starting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products, maintain displays, and follow merchandising standards.
• Set up planograms in convenience stores and place promotional materials.
• Improve product visibility in refrigerated areas and on the sales floor.
• Build relationships with store contacts and address merchandising needs.
• Share opportunities and store feedback with the field sales representative.
• Complete weekly reports on store visits and execution.
