Alta Material Handling is seeking a Field Sales Manager for our Dorval, QC branch. The role involves leading and managing a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets and expand market presence. Key responsibilities include :

Key Responsibilities

  • Team leadership and management, including supervising, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and supporting deal closures.
  • Reporting on sales performance and using data analytics for improvement.
  • Administrative duties such as managing schedules, territories, and ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align strategies and share insights.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred), at least 5 years in sales with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with CRM software, and willingness to travel.

Key competencies involve leadership, organization, strategic thinking, negotiation, customer focus, and data analysis.
