Position: Weekday Shift Shop QA/QC Inspector
We are currently seeking a Weekday Shift Shop QA/QC Inspector to join our Field team.

- Proficient in reviewing documentation for errors, discrepancies, and missing information

- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
Accountabilities:
- Possess CWB Level 1 Certification
- Have 2+ years of previous Quality Control experience
- Hold CSTS-09/2020 or Common Safety Orientation ticket
- Solid understanding of ASME and CSA codes and practices
- Proven commitment to safety
- Ability to use tools and equipment safely
- Adhere to all safe work practices and procedures
- Perform dimension and visual inspections of welded piping and structural steel
- Record weld symbols, heat numbers, and radiography numbers on drawings and travel sheets
- Prepare documentation and inspect hydrostatic & pneumatic pressure tests
- Install nameplates and coordinate inspections with ABSA, NDE Contractors, and Client TPI's
- Complete Quality Control paperwork accurately
- Work in a manufacturing environment with other trades present
- Perform outside/inside work, sometimes in inclement weather
- Meet physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 60lbs, working at heights, and maneuvering on/off equipment and ladders
- Experience in welding and ASME equipment and piping is an asset
