This role demands hands-on leadership and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate holds a Red Seal credential, with several years of supervision experience in oil/construction, and the ability to plan short- and long-term

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of construction methods and blueprint reading.
• Strong knowledge of construction execution and best practices.
• Proven leadership experience on field construction projects.
• Red Seal credential and pre-employment clearances required.
• Ability to plan and oversee short- and long-term crew activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the crews, sub-contractors and all other resources to complete the job.
• Actively participate in the construction planning and scheduling.
• Lead overall implementation to ensure timely and cost-effective construction.
• If required, manage project budget and project resource allocation.
• Ensure safety training and tickets are current for field personnel.
• Provide cost and schedule updates to the PM and maintain proactive planning.
