Qualificações

• Five or more years of field operations or related experience in utilities or the oil and gas industry.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a complex, dynamic operating environment.
• Deep understanding of maintenance, operations, and process safety.
• Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a unionized workforce in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement and ensure the safety, development and competency of the crew
• Maintain a visible presence in the field to foster employee engagement and assess work process effectiveness
• Ensure all aspects of the Alberta Boilers Safety Association regulations are implemented in accordance with the applicable codes and acts
• Lead troubleshooting initiatives and engage appropriate cross-functional resources to analyze and correct operational and equipment problems
• Prepare and review operational job plans by investigating work requirements, preparing logical breakdowns and sequencing of work tasks
