A Typical Day
- Driving Business Growth & Strategy: Support revenue growth across franchise partners, guide goal-setting, and conduct strategic planning sessions.
- Performance Management & Accountability: Lead goal-setting sessions, monitor progress, and ensure targets are met with appropriate support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Initiatives: Work with operations to implement performance programs and brand initiatives.
- Relationship Building & Support: Build trusted relationships with franchise partners through regular visits, coaching, and operational support.
Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated and able to travel up to 75%.
- Experience in the home service or painting industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or related field is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Field Operations Manager or similar in a service/franchise environment.
- Salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
