Job summary

Vallen Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Specialist to assist in warehouse duties, site logistics, and inventory control across multiple customer sites in Canada. You will coordinate shipments, ensure proper documentation, and support FlexStock equipment and software.

Primary duties include organizing inventory at customer sites, providing transportation as needed, and liaising with project teams to maintain stock availability while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred in a Sales/Distribution environment.
• 3–5 years of forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Warehouse coverage including Shipping, Receiving and Marshalling.
• Coordinate bill of ladings, customs documents and TDG compliance for freight leaving site.
• Ensure proper documentation and order accuracy when accepting site-delivered material.
• Perform picking, staging and put-away of inventory ensuring accuracy of on-hand goods.
• Provide site taxi services for delivery of parts, products or people as needed.
• Organize and maintain customer inventory stocking locations using FlexSupply tools.
• Assist with FlexStock equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and software applications.
