Join OpenText as a Field Operations Director supporting our Cybersecurity business across the U.S. and Western Europe. In this highly strategic role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales leadership and drive the operational rigor needed to ensure sales productivity, accurate forecasting, and smooth business execution. Reporting to the VP of Field Operations and PMO, you'll deliver critical planning, analytics, and enablement support while working cross-functionally across global teams. Your contributions will directly impact our go-to-market strategy and customer experience as you help scale one of OpenText’s most dynamic business segments.
A central role in shaping field operations for our Cybersecurity business across two key global regions
Partnership with senior sales leadership to drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and business planning
Exposure to global, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, GTM Strategy, and other teams
A high-impact opportunity to bring operational excellence to one of OpenText’s fastest-growing areas
The chance to build a deep understanding of enterprise software and cybersecurity go-to-market motions
Career development pathways within the WW Sales Operations organization and beyond
10+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations in a global, matrixed environment
Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of accuracy and ability to deliver executive-ready outputs
Demonstrated experience managing forecasts, pipeline analytics, business cadence, and planning
Expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analysis tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
Experience in enterprise software sales; cybersecurity industry experience is a plus
Ability to work across time zones and manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, including a competitive base salary, performance-based incentives, and participation in OpenText’s comprehensive benefits package.
