Job summary

Sureway Construction Group is seeking skilled Off-Road Heavy Equipment Technicians for field roles in Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on off-road equipment, requiring Red Seal-Off Road or advanced apprentice status and strong troubleshooting skills.

Preference given to journeypersons with 5–10 years of experience and a full toolset. Valid license, CSA boots, and pre-employment screening are required to ensure safety and

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Red Seal - Off Road or equivalent, or 3rd/4th year apprentice
• 5-10 years' Journeyperson experience preferred
• Full complement of hand tools
• Personal reliable vehicle
• CSA approved steel toe boots with 6" ankle support
• Valid Driver's Licence (non GDL)
• Off Road experience required
• Experience with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. and/or Komatsu required
• Able to read and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics
• Class 5 or 3 License with Q endorsement
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Successful completion of company and site orientation
• Fitness to Work Assessment

Off-Road Heavy Equipment Mechanics - 10/4 Rotation + Overtime - Edmonton, AB

Sureway Construction Group is seeking Heavy Equipment Technicians for field roles in Edmonton and the surrounding area. These technicians will work on off-road equipment, performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics. The ideal candidates are Journeypersons or advanced apprentices with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
