As a Field Marketing Representative , you will educate clients and offer President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of the most trusted Canadian brands.

Pay Structure :

• Base pay of $15.50 / hour + commission!

Responsibilities :

• Educate customers on President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
• Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
• Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
• Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness by being a product expert.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Engage customers creatively and share product benefits.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality with customer information.
• Create excitement around the product offering as a brand advocate.

Qualifications :

• 1+ year experience in sales within financial or retail sectors (asset).
• Comfortable with sales targets and challenging the status quo.
• Outgoing, personable, and skilled at acquiring new customers.
• Experience in customer service or sales (asset).
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• High integrity and accountability, especially with confidential information.
• Willing to complete a criminal / credit background check.
• Interest in learning and professional development.
• Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license (asset).
