Job Type : Full-time

Schedule :

Monday - Saturday, 11 AM - 8 PM

Compensation :

Earn up to $11,200 / month (Top reps maximize their earnings!)

What You'll Do :

• Engage Homeowners : Knock on doors, educate homeowners about our cutting-edge home sealing solutions, and generate leads.
• Close High-Ticket Deals : Book in-home consultations, present our product, and walk customers through financing options.
• Dominate Sales Techniques : Train with the best, refine your pitch, and turn every “maybe” into a YES.
• Be a Relationship Builder : Follow up with clients and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Own Your Success : Outwork, outlearn, and out-earn your competition.

50 per booked lead | $150 per closed deal

75 per booked lead | $225 per closed deal

100 per booked lead | $300 per closed deal
