Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate clients and promote President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada's most trusted and iconic brands.

Pay Structure:

Base pay plus commission.

Responsibilities:
  1. Educate customers about President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  2. Understand customer needs to make suitable recommendations.
  3. Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
  4. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness by being a product advocate and subject matter expert.
  5. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  6. Engage customers creatively and share product benefits.
  7. Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
  8. Handle customer information confidentially.
  9. Create excitement around the product offering as a brand advocate.
Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year of sales experience in financial or retail sectors (asset).
  2. Comfortable with sales targets and eager to challenge the status quo.
  3. Outgoing, personable, and skilled at acquiring new customers.
  4. Experience in customer service or sales (asset).
  5. Strong communication and listening skills.
  6. High integrity and accountability, especially with confidential information.
  7. Willing to undergo criminal/credit background checks.
  8. Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.
  9. Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license (asset).
  10. Flexible work environment and schedule.
  11. Fully paid training and ongoing coaching.
