Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking highly motivated Field Marketing Representatives to educate customers and drive sales of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard in-store and at kiosks. You will join a dynamic team delivering engaging product messages, building trust with customers, and supporting multiple store locations within your region.

A base wage of 17.95 CAD per hour plus uncapped commissions is offered, with fully paid training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible hours as required (Mon-Sun, 10am-8pm).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and drive sales of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard in-store and kiosk.
• Engage customers, build relationships and share product benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within thestoreand kiosk.

• Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product Provide expectational customer service ensuring customers havea great experience

• Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product

• Build andmaintainpositive working relationships with store personnel

• Maintaina high levelof confidentiality as you work with customer information

• Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed
