Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, seeks motivated individuals to educate customers and drive sales of Financial Products in-store and at kiosks across assigned locations. You will communicate product benefits, deliver exceptional service, and work with store teams to maximize brand presence.

Base hours are 17.95 CAD per hour plus uncapped commissions, with permanent FT or PT roles and a flexible Mon-Sun schedule between 10am and 8pm.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable and enjoys interacting with people.
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong listening and communication skills are essential.
• Able to work well independently and in a team.
• Must be comfortable with criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard features and benefits in-store and at kiosks.
• Drive sales and advocacy for the client’s product while delivering excellent customer service.
• Engage customers creatively and share product benefits to spark interest.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within thestoreand kiosk.

• Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product Provide expectational customer service ensuring customers havea great experience

• Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product

• Build andmaintainpositive working relationships with store personnel

• Maintaina high levelof confidentiality as you work with customer information

• Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed
