Job summary

Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. in the Fort McMurray region is seeking a Maintenance Administrator on site at Poplar Creek to maintain accurate, complete maintenance records and support the PM Foreman and maintenance team.

You will administer B2W work orders, collect preventative maintenance sheets, manage vendor repairs, and ensure documentation is captured at the source and entered promptly to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Office Administration is an asset.
• Experience in construction/mining or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Experience with B2W or maintenance management software is an asset.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and data-entry accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and close B2W work orders for PM and vendor repairs.
• Collect and attach maintenance sheets, photos, and docs to each work order.
• Open vendor repair orders and track costs against equipment and work orders.
• Assist with camp accommodation administration as required.
• Provide equipment history and maintenance records on request.
