Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn about medications produced by pharmaceutical companies and comply with Health Canada’s standards and Product Monographs for administration.
- Administer medications (IV, SC, IM) at our Delta-Surrey clinic on a 1-year contract.
- Assess and monitor infusion and injection treatments as per protocols.
- Complete documentation according to policies, professional guidelines, and accreditation standards.
- Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints following company policies.
- Provide availability for five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week, within Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 7 pm, no statutory holidays, no night shifts, and one Saturday per month.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to meet timelines.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain professional standards.
- Engage in specialized pharmaceutical training as needed.
- Adhere to professional nursing standards and clinic procedures.
- Follow health and safety standards and complete ongoing education.
- Utilize digital platforms for learning and work requirements.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Relevant RN experience required, including IV initiation.
- Current registration and CPR certification.
- Experience in critical care, emergency, inpatient/outpatient, or homecare settings.
- Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, MS, CVAA, and central line experience are assets.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and internet use.
- Strong customer service, communication, and autonomous work skills.
- Ability to travel within designated areas.
Minimum Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution is an asset.
- Critical thinking, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
The successful candidate may interact daily with English-speaking customers, patients, and cross-functional teams.

Salary Range*
$72,400 CAD - $111,540 CAD
