Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. Seabee Gold Operation seeks a Resource Development Beat Geologist to support both engineering and mine operations with a focus on resource integrity and field execution. You will work from the remote camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule, contributing to grade control and geological oversight.

Requirements include a B.Sc. in Geology (P.Geo preferred) and 1+ year of mining experience; experience with narrow vein systems and Leapfrog/MX/Imago is a plus.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Geology with preference for registered Professional Geoscientist in Saskatchewan.
• Minimum 1 year mining experience.
• Exposure to narrow vein mining is asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide geological input for grade control, stope design, and stockpile management.
• Geological mapping and data interpretation to guide production decisions.
• Update geological interpretations of narrow vein systems.
• Log diamond drill core (lithology, structure, alteration).
• Maintain QA/QC protocols and sample handling procedures.
• Update geological models and contribute to orebody understanding.
