Job description

Position Summary:

In the position of Field Execution Representative, you will be focus driven to meet sales distribution goals, grow space in retail outlets, and increase points of interruption. Verify and ensure completion of the executional elements agreed to in the company/distributor commercial plans. Light-to-moderate merchandising of product in the cold vault and in coolers. Build and strengthen route level relationships in Nielsen measured accounts. Execute “Curb to Vault” strategy for point of sale and visual marketing.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Route level relationships with store managers on their specific route
  2. Merchandising product in the cold vault and in coolers
  3. Expanding cold space in all accounts where applicable
  4. Management and placement of point of sale (POS) materials both in and outside of accounts
  5. Responsibly care for program materials and assets of company
  6. Punctuality, adherence to shift schedule demanded. Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper attire.
  7. Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers and internal team members

Position Requirements:

  1. Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, marketing or related field of study
  2. Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
  3. Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer facing role
  4. Preferred Certifications: Must have a clean driving record. Must be 21 years of age or older
  5. Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: N/A
