Job summary

Ganotec is seeking a Project Coordinator to actively contribute to the delivery of complex energy projects across Canada. You will serve as a central liaison among engineering teams, construction personnel, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, driving milestones with safety, quality, and budget in mind.

You will balance hands-on field leadership with strategic project management tasks, developing work packages, refining schedules, and overseeing essential documentation to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical or piping.
• Minimum three years of project coordination or field supervision in industrial construction or energy sectors.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities for managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with project execution methodologies, scheduling software, and cost control is valued.
• Willingness to travel or relocate; fly-in/fly-out arrangements may be offered.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on-site subcontractor operations ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead field inspections, safety audits, and site walkthroughs.
• Coordinate materials, logistics, and site organization to optimize execution.
• Develop and manage detailed work packages with engineering and construction teams.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope; oversee documentation and turnover reports.
