Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or college degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and devote the necessary time to the work.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Strong interest in the construction industry.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Can effectively perform the assigned tasks in various work environments and on different terrains (including various weather conditions).
• Ability to work outside on a rotation schedule, or to relocate.
• Have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations: Work closely with superintendent, interpret drawings and specifications for field crews and craft, prepare work plans and work packages, order and schedule material deliveries, ensure the quality of field operations.
• Office Coordinator: Perform takeoffs from drawings, generating change, build schedule, track costs, provide field support and supervise subcontractor operations.
• Estimating: Perform takeoffs, review and analyze data relative to the project, complete plans and specification reviews for projects, assist with the preparation of a bid.
