Job summary

Colter Energy LP seeks Field Assistants for our Grande Prairie location. These full-time, field-based roles involve traveling to work sites across Alberta and Northern British Columbia to perform gas well testing duties.

Ideal candidates reside in the Grande Prairie area and hold Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, and CSO training. Pre-employment drug and alcohol screens are required for all safety-sensitive positions.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug and alcohol screens are required for safety sensitive positions.
• Required certifications include Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, and CSO training from Energy Safety Canada.
• Reside within 30 minutes of Grande Prairie shops.

Responsibilities

• Aiding in the rig in and out of the equipment associated with the job.
• General maintenance and servicing all well testing equipment, with direction from Supervisor.
• Perform accurate readings of gauges and monitors during shift.
• Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies and the willingness to ask questions if things are unclear.
• Adherence to Colter safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Able to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 per shift.
• Able and willing to follow direction for assigned duties from Field Supervisors and Management.

We are currently seeking team members for a full time Field Assistants based out of our Grande Prairie location. These positions are field based, involving approximately 20 days a month travelling to work sites throughout Alberta and Northern British Columbia to perform gas well testing duties. • Field Assistants do not require any experience in the oil & gas industry or Well Testing
• Reside in the Grande Prairie area (within 30 minutes of our shops)
