Qualifications

• 2+ years in Fence/Scaffolding Labourer or similar role.
• Valid Class G/5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, and warehouse practices is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain fencing and equipment in yard/warehouse.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Load and secure temporary fencing for transport; unload at jobsites.
• Deliver, install, remove, and pick up fencing at customer locations.
• Inspect equipment and report damage to supervisor.
• Operate equipment safely following company policies.
• Coordinate with branch teammates to resolve inventory issues.
