Join Our Team! Feeding Attendant

Are you organized, responsible, and driven to excel? We are seeking a feeding attendant to ensure a continuous supply of the mix line, uphold high quality standards, and meet safety requirements at our OakBank facility. Your vigilance will help keep production running smoothly, and your role will be highly valued and recognized within our team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and stage raw materials according to the daily production plan;
  2. Operate a forklift to pick up and drop off large bales of peat in the staging area;
  3. Unwrap peat bales and deliver them to feeding equipment for processing in the mix line;
  4. Adjust processes as needed to adhere to the production recipe;
  5. Update inventory tracking systems;
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift;
  7. Organize leftover wood pallets for recycling or repair;
  8. Operate a compactor to bale leftover plastics;
