Job summary

Nutreco, operating as Trouw Nutrition, is seeking a Production Operator in Landmark, MB to support bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting and shipping activities. You will help maintain smooth operations by identifying issues and assisting with maintenance and data recording.

The role requires 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work 6:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00, with the capacity to lift 25 kg regularly and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work 6 am - 2 pm or 2 pm – 10 pm.
• Ability to lift 25 kgs regularly.
• Ability to focus on details within a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to the elements, noise and dust, and working at heights.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and identify areas to optimize production performance.
• Ensure quality and food safety standards are met.
• Meet or exceed production targets, record data on production orders and activities.
• Execute small maintenance tasks and repair work on production equipment.
• Promote awareness of any unsafe situation and take appropriate action.
