Job summary

Nutreco is hiring a Production Operator at our Rosenort, MB facility to support bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting and shipping operations. This full-time role focuses on safe, efficient production and meeting quality standards.

You’ll work 40 hours weekly in either 6:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00 shifts, with a benefits package including pension match, health coverage, disability, tuition assistance, and 15 vacation days. Prior manufacturing experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work in 6 am–2 pm or 2 pm–10 pm shifts.

What you’ll do

Production Operator plays a vital role in contributing to the production of high-quality livestock feed through the operations of bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting, and shipping activities at Rosenort, MB. This position supports uninterrupted production operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Who we’re looking for

• 2 - 3 years of manufacturing experience is an asset

You’ll also need

• Ability to lift 25 kgs regularly
• Ability to focus on details within a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to the elements, noise and dust, and working at heights
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
