Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with global teams to perform structural & thermal FEA and CFD simulations.
2. Define simulation plans, model, analyze results, and draw conclusions.
3. Contribute to the design and improvement of injection molding machinery.
4. Prepare reports and presentations on simulation findings.
5. Develop test plans to validate simulation models.
6. Enhance analysis processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

1. 5-7 years of experience in FEA, CFD, and machinery design.
2. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
3. Proficiency in structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics calculations.
4. Experience with ANSYS/WB, UG/NX, TeamCenter, and MS Office.
5. Team player with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

This position is based in Bolton, Canada.
