Job summary

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and occasional up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders from different temperature zones with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.
• Select fresh, quality products and remove damaged items, ensuring accurate documentation and labels.
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and assist as needed to resolve issues.
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures and keep work areas clean; perform required safety checks.
