Responsibilities

• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.
• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.
• Packs totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and helps resolve issues when needed.
• Follows food hygiene and safety procedures; maintains a clean and safe work area.
