Responsibilities

• Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders
• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery
• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes
• Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy
• Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
• Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing
• Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Support Customers and Team Operations
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed
• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards
• Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use
• Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks. Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
