Responsibilities

• Secure and manage merchandise according to company procedures.
• Receive and process deliveries including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailer deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area; prepare returns, claims, and MTRs with accurate documentation.
• Follow safe work practices and proper use of equipment.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to resolve receiving issues efficiently.
• Safeguard backdoor access and key controls per guidelines.
• Follow cold chain procedures and document information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
• Train and support other Direct Store Delivery Associates on receiving processes and standards.
