• Maintain Grocery Department Standards: keep department clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality: rotate merchandise and remove expired/damaged items to maintain freshness.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy: ensure correct signage and pricing, follow procedures for orders, markups, markdowns, signing and labeling.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Stocking and Modular Execution: stock merchandise, complete downstocking, and set modulars including new shelf caps.
• Health and Safety Compliance: adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Flexibility in schedule: available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
