Qualifications

• Language: English.

• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
• Determine services to be offered and implement effective procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation.
• Conduct staff performance reviews.
• Manage costing for products and services.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate orders.
• Manage catering arrangements and facility usage.
• Participate in marketing plans and execution.
• Address customer concerns and deliver excellent service.
• Supervise a team of 11–15 employees.
