Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, promoting products, locating merchandise, aiding purchase decisions and resolving issues.
• Coordinate daily tasks and coverage per priorities from Coach/Store Management, delegate and follow up on tasks.
• Assess Fashion Department presentation and merchandising, implement display changes as needed.
• Lead a daily Team Huddle, communicate updates and goals to the team.
• Review schedules with People Lead.
• Assign associates to support coverage and availability tasks.
• Identify training opportunities during store tours and provide coaching.
• Contribute to a safe, clean work environment following company policy and completing safety logs.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support Management, assist recruiting and hiring.
