Job summary

Dynamite in Alberta is seeking a Store Team Lead to drive a positive shopping experience, build meaningful customer relationships, and contribute to day-to-day store operations while upholding brand presentation and merchandising standards. You will help optimize inventory, support shipment processing and shelf replenishment, and assist with eCom order fulfillment.

The role requires a hands-on, proactive teammate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available for flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• Passion for fashion & customer-oriented.
• Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Effective time management to execute multiple tasks.
• Organized, proactive teammate in a fast-paced setting.
• Social media skills and comfort with mobile devices and computers are an asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer and build long-term relationships.
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and uphold brand presentation standards and merchandising directives.
• Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
• Support store success and overall performance through teamwork and proactive execution.
